HOW TO USE IT
There is no rule book on how to use Magnesium spray. You can use it as often as you like, and apply it to where ever you desire! Your body will only absorb what it needs... how cool is that! By choosing to use a spray your body will transdermally absorb the mineral, this is a very affective way to boost magnesium levels, it is also a lot gentler on the stomach and you will also avoid the laxative affect some oral magnesium supplements can have.
